Return and Refund Policy

Because our products are consumable, this policy is designed to protect both customer safety and product integrity, in compliance with FDA supplement-handling standards.
1. Return Eligibility
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging and condition. • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
We cannot accept returns for:
• Opened or partially used products.
• Clearance, promotional, or subscription orders (final sale). • Items purchased through third-party retailers or resellers.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos of the issue. We will promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
3. How to Request a Return
1. Email our support team at info@clinica.us.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
3. Returns sent without an RA number will not be accepted.
4. Refunds
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
5. International Orders
International customers may return eligible unopened products within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping, duties, and taxes, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
